- SITTING = 6 SQ. FT. PER PERSON
- 8 TO 10 PEOPLE SITTING AT ROUND TABLES = 100 SQ. FT. PER TABLE
- 8 TO 10 PEOPLE SITTING AT BANQUET TABLES = 100 SQ, FT. PER TABLE
- ROUND TABLE = 100 SQ. FT. PER TABLE
- BANQUET TABLE = 100 SQ. FT.
- DANCE FLOOR, FLOORING AND STAGING = 6 SQ.FT. PER PERSON
So, how to determine what size you will need? First, What are you planning?
Standing, sitting, or sitting at tables, and what about other area?
- STANDING:
NUMBER OF PEOPLE TIMES 4 = SQ. FT. NEEDED.
- SITTING:
NUMBER OF PEOPLE TIMES 6 = SQ. FT. NEEDED.
- SITTING AT TABLES:
TAKE NUMBER OF PEOPLE DIVIDED BY 8 OR 10 THEN TIMES BY 100 = SQ. FT. NEEDED.
- DANCING:
NUMBER OF PEOPLE TIMES 6 = SQ.FT. NEEDED
If you want some or all of these areas just ADD the totals of each erea together.
